The Icetrac is especially designed for the most extreme winter conditions.
In clinging snow and on ice, the Icetrac ensures maximum braking capacity and excellent course stability. The ideal division of the spikes was found through extensive research & development, resulting in a specific mathematical pattern of as many as 12 lines around the tire's entire circumference. This makes the contact with the underlying ground as broad as possible. And, thanks to their unique design and accompanying spike hole, the spikes hardly ever come loose.
